Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to services sold by Kingologic LLC and to VettedLance, which is a Kingologic product powered and developed by Kingologic.
1. Service Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of recurring services by written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle, unless a separate signed agreement specifies different notice terms.
One-time project services may be cancelled before work begins. If cancellation is requested after work has started, fees for work already performed remain payable.
2. Returns
Since our core offerings are digital services and software deliverables, physical returns are generally not applicable.
If you believe a deliverable was provided incorrectly, contact us and we will review and provide reasonable corrections under the agreed scope.
3. Refunds
- Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
- Fees for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable.
- If Kingologic is unable to deliver a paid service due solely to our internal failure, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- For VettedLance-related paid features, refunds (if applicable) are assessed case-by-case based on delivery status and platform usage.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in service suspension.
